Version 2.8 mystery

Hi, I install the latest version of WB today. Everything works fine except two things so far which puzzled me. Firstly, the changing of template. In the past(2.7) I could chenge my template easily. Now, I am not sure why at the Template Page in settings I can only see the default template. When I did a search, my page came up blank. So is my form page. I added the fields and when I preview it, that page is blank. Any ides??

maybe the easiest way it to install again WB and its database. I dont know why that happened, I instaled wb 2.8 RC1 and a new template and everithing is working nice.

Did you upgrade from 2.7 -> 2.8 RC1 or what ? When you install a new 2.8 RC1, you should have 3 admin themes for backend and several frontend templates to choose..

I installed it fresh. Everything is working fine except the template options for the site. The admin template and search template option works fine. This is the puzzling thing. Any iea?

Hello, is it just me having this problem? I dont knwo where to start looking as I have never come across this before. Can someone point me to the right direction? Thanks

Please put up the error reporting in the settings of WB. Additionally check the errorlogs of the server. Also we will need some more information about the configuration to give you more information.

I have enabled error log on the server now. Need to wait for an hour before it gathers info. I am not sure what other configurations needed. I installed WB as normal. The previous version is fine. The thing I cant work out is only the template option is not working correctly. I installed all the templates but only the Round template is working. I cant even see the rest of the template on the drop-down menu in the Default settings. But they are in the Search settings. The other problem is that when I select a different template beside round template for search settings, the search page came out blank when I do a search. Hope that all make sense. I dont know where else to look for. What other settings in WB do i need to look for/change? Any advise, suggestions welcomed. Thanks
