Cannot access Admin section to due old static IP

When I originally setup WB I used a temporary but indefinite static IP address.

I needed to switch this IP address to a dynamic IP address and ever since then I cannot access the admin section because it rewrites the domain name as an IP address.

I've searched the databases for a ghost of that IP address but have turned up empty handed... maybe I'm not looking at the correct table.

Any ideas?

you also changed ADMIN_PATH and ADMIN_URL in config.php ?

You should consider using WB Portable, which is a WB set up on portable server which runs from USB stick. There you can set up your whole site and when you finish move it live server.
