I'm doing a multilingual site with signup form... i'm hitting a problem with the language barrier.

the signup form ( /account/signup.php ) will always be in the default language, if the person was visiting the site in english but the default is in french, when he want to signup, it's in french...

i've search the forums and i haven't see a problem like that (in english/french/italien anyway, i dont understand german)

is their a way around this other then recreate the form ?

Haven't personally tried it, but you could try passing the language as variable, just add

Code:
?lang=en

to the signup URL ...

easier for a simple site

what i'm doing is a page module double profile module + more infos so it can work well with my "user page" module

and i'm not authorising similer names by striping spaces so ppl wont do "website baker" and "websitebaker" as 2 users

it'll be more secure that way since it's for a contest by object site

and... with a code page I could have done the same, but as a module i'm not relaying on the database integrity to have a complete and working site, at least a module is "reloadable", and I could use this for other sites Wink
