Multi Language Sites

Imagine you have to support a multi language web site, with identical page trees in different languages.
How do you solve the problem to offer a link to the same pages in other languages on each page?
Is there a code snippet or module in WB for this task?

Next question: If you have multiple languages, the search should only find pages from the language where you are currently, but it does return results from all languages.
Does anyone have a solution for this problem?
