forgot my password and username

Hi Every One!
Im new here.
Been designing some websites with website baker.
I have a problem... There seems to be some problems with my password and user name.
I get the wrong user name and password massage, while trying to get inside one of the websites, and when I send request for new one, I dont get anything back. I got inside the MYSQL and found the users details, but dont knoe what to do next....
Would be happy to get some assistance...

I am alway using keepass and couldn't do anything without it http://keepass.info/

You said you're able to access the MySQL database, so try these steps:

- Open the database with PhpMyAdmin.

- Search for the admin account and the password field.

- Generate a new MD5 password with this site (or find one yourself with google):
  http://www.adamek.biz/md5-generator.php

- Paste the generated MD5 hash into the password field and update the database.

- You should now have admin access again.

thank you for your answer. will try this, the only thing is that its allready 8 hours or so, and I still get the warning html..... and cant try again!
how can I change that?

I did it with the generator. managed to get inside from another computer. Hopes in a while would be able to get inside from my computer! why does it take so long until the warning.html goes?
