Are there any plans of making WB compitable with Windows Live Writer?
(or other lokal apps)

Maybe I don't get the point but why do you want to integrate a local (proprietary!) technology with a opensource CMS like websitebaker. You have so many choices for WYSIWYG-editors, modules, templates, droplets and so on - why do you want to edit your pages with a local app?

I can see why people might be interested in local (off line) content management applications: to avoid time out issues when you are working longer on a page and have to deal with other issues in between ...
