Problems with FCKeditor / Captcha Image / Other

Hi,

I'm trying to get a site launched and I'm running into a few problems.

I'm only seeing these errors on the live site, and not the test server.

At http://quantuminc.biz/pages/contact-us.php the captcha image isn't showing up.

On the back end, the fckeditor is throwing an error "Error loading "http://quantuminc.biz/modules/fckeditor/css_to_xml.php?template_name=allcss" (HTTP Status: 200). Do you want to see the server response dump?"

Also, this isn't anything to do with website baker but may help figuring out my problem, the random image draw on the home page isn't working at all.

Both servers are running Linux.  The test server was at 5.2.5, and the live server is at  5.2.8.

Anybody have any ideas?  I've been racking my brain trying to figure it out.

In General Errorreporting? HTTP Status 200 means OK ...
