Hi Master Bakers

Just a thought...

If you were to change the brand-name from WebsiteBaker to Website Maker would it have substantially more SEO impact and generate even more fellowship, users and therefore programmers and developers?

Or am I being a bit daft?

Regards,

Nicky

Hello erpe

Yes, I see what you mean...

Although, the only root URL I can find with that is www.websitemaker.co m

The rest *I think* are sub-directories of a root URL.

No worries, just a thought.

I like that name..Website Maker..or i like the idea of a name change.. typeo3, typeolight, wordpress, umbraco, joomla, drupal, they all are big CMSes and they also sound somwhat that aswell. They also sound more business like.

website-checker ... LOL

I like the name websitebaker.
And I know, that it is not the Name what causes that this CMS is not well known as the other ones you listed.

A namechange could be an option - but only if you establish a real community structure at the same time. wink
