Unable to insert images using FCKeditor

Hi all, i really hope someone can help me out.  I installed WebsiteBaker yesterday and everything was going fine until it came to inserting an image.  I am using FCKeditor and after inserting the image all i get is a placeholder (on both the main site and the preview bit).  Basically a white square with a red cross.

Am i doing something wrong, is there a setting somewhere that i've missed?  Everything working great until now.

I'm having the same problem...it gives me the "link" insert box, not the image insert box (I think)...as soon as I go to the server and say insert image it closes everything and I start over.  It won't insert any images at all, even though they are uploaded to the server (by way of the media tab). Should I reinstall fckeditor? If so,what is the best way? Thanks.
