contact form text - email receipt???

Greetings!
I wonder if it is possible to send the content of a form field (your message) to the sender as an email receipt. I always go mad, if I put lot of info in a form, and have to copy past that stuff to document for mail files. Would be great to have that sent by email myself.
Can someone help?
