Ok,
again in a short version:
at this moment the settings aren't implementet in the backend (will come in the next version)
to change the settings you have to modify the config.php in the modules folder
the only thing you can do at this moment in the settings is to modify the frontend css for the forum (there should be a button at the upper right side)
on the first level the forum you create is only a "category" - which will take no post (this is a little missunderstandig made by the inital programmer of the forum)
a real "forum-functionality" you get at any forum below level 1
make shure, that your template contains the register_frontend_m
odfiles as descriped
here
the forum isn't tested on WB versions below 2.7

Hello, thanks for another great module.
I just installed it on v2.7 and have figured out most of it but am experiencing 2 issues at the same place when testing.
If I click on "New topic" and then test what happens if someone doesn't properly fill out either the title, the text or the captcha, I get a page with a message and a "Back" link which is what I expected except:
1) The "Back" link is currently to: /modules/forum/index.php
I believe the code should be something like: onclick="javascript:history.back();" so that it returns to the previous page
2) The following error is also displayed:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method frontend::print_footer() in .../httpdocs/framework/class.wb.php on line 295
I have been reviewing the code in the module files but haven't been able to figure it out yet and my php coding is limited though improving.
Any ideas anyone?
Thanks.

Dear WB-programmers,
Since 2007 I've got a website, running under the good, easy-to-use, easy-to-support Websiitebaker. Since that day, I'm looking for a easy-to-install and easy-to-support Forum-module.
I've found three attempts: JK-forum, WB-forum and a "vanilla-solotion".
http://www.websitebaker2.org/forum/index.php/topic,12307.0/topicseen.html
http://www.websitebaker2.org/forum/index.php/topic,15071.0.html
http://www.websitebaker2.org/forum/index.php/topic,7537.0.html
Please, can someone tell me, which is easy to install, stable to use and uses the identification of the backend ?
And if you can advise one, leave a link so I can check it out !
