Contact Form

I thought there was a contact form module?

Anyhow - I just need something that requires an e-mail address, name, phone and a text area for sending an email to me -

Can someone steer me to the right place?

Hello,

simply add a new page with type "form". Then add to this form the ields you wanna have. And then set in the option of the form the mailadresses you wanna have.
