Break in layout at bottom for Esc Brooks

Right at the bottom of Esc Brooks template when making new wysiwyg page theres always a break in the bottom of the layout. im not sure how i can fix that. its also showing in the preview page in the templates. its not there for any of the other pages so im assuming its a little bug....any suggestions? thanks.

and also, the menu at the top does not display in IE...can someone please help? just spent hours customizing the layout so hopefully these bugs can be fixed....

both seems to be css issues.

thanks bro! the update fixed the space at the bottom. however the menu is still not appearing in IE. once thats working im golden. this is a sweet template. thank you for your support. im glad i found this place
