Hello,

WB doesn't support IIS. To get WB working with IIS is very tricky. Search the forum for IIS and users wich tries to use WB with IIS maybe someone can help you.

following on from this, i just uninstalled the fckeditor the one thats included in 2.7 and i installed an older version fckeditor 2.71 and it works fine....

so the problem is with the new one, and it must be something to do with the new one having the new javascript features on the image upload???

so WB works perfectly on windows installs, i have never had any problems and i have installed in on helm servers, plesk servers and dotnetpanel servers and its always worked like a dream... just this one little thing on the image uplaod via the latest version of FCKeditor....

does anyone have any ideas???

Hello,

as it seems to be an issue of FCKEditor, maybe it is better to ask for help on the FCKEditor page.

We cannot recommand to use a FCKEditor version prior then 2.7.5 (WB-modul-version number) as in all prior version fckeditor can be used to hack a server.

found the problem... maybe its to do with the latest version of php5.2.8???

in file

modules\fckeditor\fckeditor\editor\filemanager\connectors\php\io.php

comment out line 75:       //    $sErrorMsg = CreateServerFolder( $sResourceTypePath ) ;
change line 76 to:      if (!file_exists($sResourceTypePath))

problem sorted

Hi mike108,

thanks for this solution.
Seems to me that is additionally depending on the server/user permissions.

In my case it is on a Linux-Server (not Windows).

Thanks again.

Hi mike:

You can see in another recent post on much the same subject, that I have been having a similar problem.  I have been helped by Dietmar.  Would your solution help us with my problem?  It seems much the same.

Nope, it did not help me!  I think we have similar but different problems.
