a simple one, not like osticket or eticket...

or an integration of eticket with wb ?

but a simple ticket type with follow up and mail sent to the user... users should be registered user on the site as something like "client in need" or something like that...

like a simple :
- open a ticket, view my tickets etc.

a mini forum like open/closed thread between admin users and the low end user of the site.

just an idea... when i got time, i'll try doing it.

Hi,

Would like to help to get this started, think WB really can use something like that
Not only for support tickets but allso for simple questions about who-knows-what

Don't have much coding time, but could help with general ideas etc.

For me the benefit lies in using such a ticket system for my intranet.

simple config :
differents deppartements, associate to user

like
"sales" -> admin
"etc." -> some user

....

editable.

same thing for "priorities"

when opening a ticket :

- witch department ?
- witch priority ?
- subject
- message

when replying a ticket :
- message
close the ticket ?

when listing tickets
- list of unopended tickets for you (if your the departement rep)
- list of unclosed tickets for you (if your the departement rep)
- list of unclosed tickets made by you
- list of closed tickets (by you or thoses you anwsered to as departement rep)

with each post / reply a mail is sent to the user other than the one who reply (admin in case the user said something, the user in case the admin responded)


no files, simple... dont you think? afro
