"sales" -> admin
"etc." -> some user....
editable.
same thing for "priorities"
when opening a ticket : - witch department ?
- witch priority ?
- subject
- message
when replying a ticket : - message
close the ticket ?
when listing tickets
- list of unopended tickets for you (if your the departement rep)
- list of unclosed tickets for you (if your the departement rep)
- list of unclosed tickets made by you
- list of closed tickets (by you or thoses you anwsered to as departement rep)
with each post / reply a mail is sent to the user other than the one who reply (admin in case the user said something, the user in case the admin responded)
no files, simple... dont you think?
