Yes you're right (bin als quereinsteiger hier im thread...
)
That's just my problem...

But the BerndJM / Rilke Thing works fine so far.
I think it is better to combine the efforts to have ONE module insted of two of them.
That one here, too. Yes, we have to combine both. It doesn't make sense for me having three different forum modules, and all three have something everybody wishes, but each of them hasn't...
So far JKforum from here looks in Admin Panel better then the BerndJM/ Rilke one, but that looks better in frontend...

Yes, it looks good - just installed to have a look.
All the fieldsare customizable.
However, it doens't seem to work properly (I am getting errorson XAMPP wb 2.8.0).
To combine the work seems to me a good idea.
Let's see what reaction we get.

Stefek

Hello!
One remark to the licence of this forum: The included BBcode-parser
http://nbbc.sourceforge.net/
is licenced under (bsd open-source license) License... It's really good because it's easy and XHTML strict valid - but shouldn't the whole Licencse of the module be changed then from GPL to LGPL? Of course - that's no real problem I think, there's nothing touched.

Yes, it might have failures in wb2.8 as I'm using wb2.7 and wont upgrade (to many addones will not work). So, so far I dont test it in 2.8 - soory.

Maybe, this is ment to be totally free for everyone so GPL or LGPL dosent matter for me

This is not true.
Tell us please which modules don't run with 2.8.
I am very interested in this.
This is a upgraded 2.8. with error_level E_ALL:
http://www.rvb.bplaced.net/pages/start.php
And most modules are not even the latest release.

Hi,
I tried to test this module, but during module installation files did copied and DB tables were not created.. I use table prefix on my WB, and in most of the simular cases, table prefix is the reason why some modules could not create tables in DB..
Could someone please check the install.php file ?
cheers
