Installation Problem

Hi All

This has to be something pretty basic but I'm at a loss to know what it is.
I'm trying to install on a new server, (All previous installations on another server have been succesful).

I get the message:
Access denied for user 'andyw59'@'%' to database 'andydata'
when I run the installation http://www.mydomain/install/index.php

Any ideas.

maybe wrong database_ pw for user "andyw59"
