anynews - show short news description

I have used the below code to make the news item titles appear and that works just fine but is it possible to make the 'anynews' show not only the title but also the short text fot each newsitem.

okay I thought I had tried everything, turned out I overlooked the 'display_mode' which had to have value '1' instead of '2'...


the only thing remaining is wheter I can put the date in front of the name, I juggled around with the codes but that doesn't seem to work...

  that happend me mostly, too

for the date thing you can ask "doc" he is the author of the snippet!

try send a postmessage or search the original anynews threat! that the forum topics don't get to much of the same stuff...
