Hello,

here a link wich maybe could helpfull:

http://help.websitebaker.org/pages/en/faq.php#question_31

Also wich version of Wb did you use? I hope 2.7. In all prior vesions there are major issues especially with languages with special chars and also UTF8 coding.

And where did you have the language file from. As far as i remember was the chinese language file on our addons page and also the files from different posts in the forum wrong coded. So there should exist not really a working chinese language file.

But after i change the Chinese became default language at phpmyadmin.My WebsiteBaker having error as following:
Error loading language file chine, please check configuration

I was unable to access back my admin pages.

Note:I also change EN became default language because result is same.

Hello,

Quote from: language_file
// Set the language information
$language_code = 'chinese_zh_utf-8';

this won't work. $language_code have to be a two-char code (like "EN", "ZH").

Hello,

as i wrote in my post above. The language you use is for WB 2.6.x and not for WB 2.7. For 2.7 there exists no Chinese language File.

Also the way the file is coded seems not to be ok. Best is to use ANSI.

And last but not least it is always a good idea to clear browser chaches and cookies when e.g. changes on language settings are done.

Hello,

yes, language edit is a good choice. But please use the latest one from thorn.

Matthias

P.S.
And if you are ready, maybe you can post the file here. Possibly you find it then in the next WB version.
