place start / expiration date on page <solved>

can a startdate (and an expiration date) be places on a page automatically?

for example:
 I want to make some newsitems for coming month it would be great to have the date in each newsitem header, not the date of creation but the date of when I filled in to be visible

I gues [MODI_DATE] (in de news-settings) can be replaced by something that places the start date...
