Hallo,

ich bin dabei die video galerie zu nutzen (wb2.7)

hat jemand erfahrung und kann mir jemand ein paar dinge erklären:

it is really simple, it just lists your .flv (flash video) files in a directory of your choice, with a thumbnail (shown when the video is stopped) and a description.
here is how it works:
directory/video.flv // this is the real video
directory/video.flv.jpg // thumbnail (optional)
directory/video.flv.txt // text description (optional)

wo wird denn da ein thumbnail generiert, oder muss ich dass selber erstellen?

für die optik:
und wie ist es möglich , dass ein video vor dem start nicht schwarz, sondern bereits ein bild zeigt??

Hallo Frediwan,

Yes, you'll have to make the thumbnail yourself. The way I usually do it: play the video in your website and make a screenshot of your page, crop it, name the image to 'yourvideo'.jg.flv and upload it to the same folder as the video. Ready. Now you wont see á black video but one with an image.
