"Staging" or swapping pages

Hi,

i look for a function to develop/change a page without seeing the modified page in the frontend. A simple approuch would be:

1. copy page to some hidden space on the site
2. modify the copy
3. swap original and copied pages

But i cannot find a "swap page" function. Any ideas?

Have a look at section picker.

You can build a "hidden" library with content sections, and use the section picker to decide what is shown.
