Admin Pages Section - Tree Collapses

I am on Vista x64 with Firefox 3 and when in the admin section, on the Modify/Delete Pages view, the tree collapses all children elements on a page refresh. What this means that if I need to move a page up in cardinality then the tree collapses every time I move the page up one spot. Any ideas on how to fix this... is this a Vista x64 issue?

have a look at admin tools and javascript admin.
