get session vars in wrapper pages

Hello.
I have a full booking system working with WB. Problem it has its own login. I can use login from external DB (e.g. WB).
I want the WB user automatically logged in in the booking system (avoid double loggin).  I thought I should get the session vars and do a db query. Or is there another solution to this? I could not see the session Vars on the wrapper (booking) pages with the normal session functions.

another question: can I do include in a code page? include("url"); does not seems to work. any answers will be greatly appreciated
