form submissions not stored

I have set up a simple form using the built in form module and it is sending of emails nicely but it doesn't appear to be storing any submissions.

I have it set to store up to 500 but nothing is appearing at all.

I have seen someone else complaining of this but I never found an answer...

Anyone help?

Please have a look at the errorlog of the webserver and switch the option "PHP Error Reporting Level" to all ... then test again.

Possibly it is the permissions (but that is only a wild guess).
