Only preferences showing in admin page? - urgent

Hi guys

I have moved my wb to another server and with some great help from members in this forum solved a few issues. My site is up and the menu works ....But now when I login to admin all I get is an icon/button called "preferences" which will let me make changes preferences like email, address, passowrd etc. Everything else is missing

Hope someone has the answer to this I'm desperate

Hello,

seems that there are some missing entries in the database in the users table. Are you shure the export/import of the database works 100%?
