all I had to do was click where I wanted the image or adsense ad install a table and enter what I wanted
WebsiteBaker doesn't seem to work the same way. Can anyone help out?

Hi sbmarto05,
WebsiteBaker isn´t responsible for text-input at all.  wink
This is the editor. For I don´t know which editor You are using, I explain it for the FCK:

You insert Your text into a text-area. Above this area is the menu of the FCK - 3 rows buttons. In the middle row, the second button counted from the right side - this is the button to insert a table.

But the better way to surround the picture is by setting the style-attribut.
For this insert Your picture - the 4th button from right side in the middle row - in this dialog (image properties) switch to extended, and in the last line insert the style-information.
for example:
Code:
float: right; margin-left: 5px;
In this case the pic will be on the right side of the content and the text will flood left

This isn´t magic, this is just css-styling. Has nothing to do with websitebaker.
