There are some pages on my site that get less traffic and I was wondering about some way to create a script so that when users click on the link they are taken to a random (non-hidden) page. A better option would be if I could create the random link from a list of specific pages because some pages just aren't interesting enough -so I would like to focus them at cool pages that are not visited enough.

Hmmm... sorry. A while after I posted this I found one that works pretty well.

Just a bit of follow up. I added this script to my pages - you can see the 'Random Link' button top right of each page. http://www.stormvisions.com/pages/home.php

So far it seems to have about doubled the page views of the pages I linked it too - some people are just curious. My average page view per visitor has gone up from about 2.5 to 3.25 as of today. Eventually they will ignore it but it should help expose the pages I want to show for now.

It may be a useful idea for some of you to drive internal traffic to certain pages.
