Using the latest fck editor (have just upgraded to see if this fixed the problem but it hasn't..) when I add an internal link in Firefox it doesn't work.

When i then go to edit this link it looks like: javascript:void(0) as opposed to (eg.) [wblink2]

Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem?

Just to be clear this is a Firefox only problem

Cheers

Hello,

what WB version are you using? Can anybody confirm this bug with WB 2.7 and Firefox?

I gave this a try even though I don't use FCK Editor I use WB TinyMCE Editor
but it appears to be working for me on Firefox 2.0.0.17 and Firefox 3.0.3 Releases

what version of Firefox are you using and did you do as fresh install of Website baker
or an upgrade. If you did a upgrade try to update modules within the admin area under admin-setting
find Reload Add-ons as i show in example provided below..

If this still doesn't work for you give Another WYSIWYG Editor a try to see if you get the same results.

If you need anymore help on this post here of let me know by PM to me.

A browser will never decide itself what is inserted in the editor. It cannot be a browser issue.

What browsers do is caching Javascript.
FCK is a lot of javascript. If you ever used an older or corrupted version, these kind of problems can occur.

Try emptying your cache. That could solve your problem.
(there is a nice addon for FF: https://addons.mozilla.org/nl/firefox/addon/1801)

You can also use Web Developer
That one has among other an option to disable the cache completely.
Very handy when you are coding javascript.

Hi Ruud,

I know Webdeveloper and I am using it constantly but only via context-menu, not the bar. And I like the simple single button "Clear Cache Button". It's very handy!
