Don't know exactly what slider you are talking about, but there are some sliders on
http://websitebakers.com
and some more on
http://jquery.websitebakers.com/plugins/slider.php

And I am sure there are more jQuery sliding plugins on the net.

And if I remember right the anynews snippet has a sliding template.
