i have installed the latest entry to guestbook an i have a problem

how i need to modify this line to get the corect url

$output .= "<a href=\"".WB_URL."/?page_id=".$data['page_id']."\">".$readmore_text."</a>\n";



now i have in this way and is not corect
http://www.haiinoras.ro/?page_id=35
