Greetings!

I am running a 2.6.7 install and for some reason when I attempt to add a form page I get the following:

Unknown column 'success_message' in 'field list'
When I attempt to use a form that was previously setup upon hitting submit I get:

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/content/*
/r/a/****com/html/*****/modules/form/view.php on line 240

I have no clue what I did. Been running a ton of WSB installs and never encountered this one.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks your time.

Scott

Sounds to me a bit like you are running on a database for the normal form module and you use files of the advanced form module ...

Maybe a database restore operation of you or your ISP?

cheers

I had this once.

Upload all your form module files via FTP into the correct folder and it should solve the problem, did for me anyways!
