New module: lib_mootools

I've just released a new library module, which brings the mooTools JavaScript Framework (http://mootools.net/) into Website Baker.

This module is already prepared for use with the upcoming LibraryAdmin, which will allow to manage plugins, create presets and include them into your pages. Take a look at jQueryAdmin to see what this means.

But, of course, you can also use this lib without installing LibraryAdmin.

From my point of view jQuery is great for those who need to simplify the use of JavaScript; this may explains why there are so many great plugins out there based on jQuery.

mooTools is for more advanced programmers, and it's not really easy to pack a plugin, 'cause there are many dependencies in most cases. So I think this lib will not be used widely with WB. But anyway, for those who'd like to, here it is.
