Product Database (In search of a..)

Hello, in need of a product database for WB 6.7. What solutions is out there, what solutions do you guys use andhow do you use it?

No need for shoppingbasket or purchase buttons. Just pictures, articklenumbers, some text and be able to group and list items on different pages. In the backend it shall be easy to list atrickles. A way to deal with many languages is a huge plus.

I would very much have a dedicated module, is somone up to programming it?
