hi all, ideally i could dow ith a page image for each page, perhaps set in the admin. Ie think of each page as a category, which carries a category image for it and all its sub categories (pages). I could then place this image in the template and it would change for each parent page.

Be nice if it could be done in admin, if anyone knows how to. Perhaps adding a simple extra field in the page settings?

I know i can hard code it in, perhaps using the page title as the basis for th eimage name eg page_title,jpg, and then bung that it in the template, but its not ideal.

Anyone done this?
Could be worth a new feature implementation? the uses for this seem quite diverse Smiley as you can have page specific images being placed in the template as opposed to in the content.

Until now this has only been done within the template itself ... maybe a little task for you to make it a module?

cheers
