In many javascripts, or css styling a link is used (<a href>) but it leads no nowhere or to an anchor.
For example (<a href="#">link</a>).

In WB when I want to create a page with menu link with a null "#" link it gives me an error "page is not redirected correctly" - maybe someone can help out and change that?

It's very useful and can be used for cascading menus for example, where the first page leads no nowhere, or for glider ajax scripts and so on...

I just tried creating an ajax menu so the top page has a link of "#" and when clicked on a submenu appears. The problem is that I can't do that if the parent page has a link.

Hello Availor,
Yuo can use SM_2 in order to do this.
In the German Forum we had a long term diskussion about a Ajax Menu (called the Accordion Menu).

Just Pick up the Zip File from Ruebenwurzels Post.

This may be useful to solve your problem.

I just played with the zip - it works partially, I wish I could understand more - here is the test http://www.videoxone.com/demo/baker1/pages/accordion-menu-test.php

Hello Availor,
may you provide a link to the script you wanted to implement into you template, as you told about in your first post?

Well I have two variations.

One is the flash menu I found and I would love to implement it - I partially succeeded in doing so. If it is a success I think it will be a great add to the WB.

http://www.videoxone.com/demo/baker1/pages/menu-test.php - I've posted this before in another thread.
The zip file of the flash menu is attached.

The other menus are just ajax glider tabs I use in my templates I will post a link to a new template I'm making as soon as I finish it...

Could you also provide a link to a menu like this one?
The Flashy Stuff I don't like too much (SEO unfriendly - even if it looks good sometimes).
