Acces not allowed under domain name

I have just started my first WB site.
The CMS looks great, thanks WB team.
This is probably a silly mistake, but when I give the url for the site in it get Access denied (in German of course) message?
My url is www.rh.alles-lokal.de and I have to give www.rh.alles-lokal.de/wb in to get the index page.
The pages are set to public at the moment, just for this test. The site is almost empty as I am still working on the template.
Should I have installed all the files in the root?
If I move them to the root now nothing works.
Also having problems with styling the menu with css, but I will work on that and dig around for the answer before asking for help.

Obvious  really I had mixed up the file structure. Went over it several time and reinstalled.
Don't know why I could not see it. I was looking in the wrong direction.
