Hello,

I have the following problem. I'm using the FCKEditor (newest version I believe) and in my template I added a background picture where the text is written on.
Now, when I write the text in the FCKEditor, everything is fine, BUT when, let's say, I write the text in MS Word and then copy and paste it (or when I copy something from the internet and then paste it), the background text is white, and some parts of the background picture are hidden.
I really have no idea how to solve that problem. It actually should have something to do with the FCKEditor and not, lets say the screen.css or index.php of my template...

I'd appreciate any help I can get.
Oh, and btw, is it possible to add new fonts to the editor?

Hello,

this has nothing to do with FCKEditor, it is just the way you copy data from Word. Please use the copy as text icon found in the FCK toolbar to copy text from the WWW or Word. Otherwise you take over the formats (e.g. background image etc.) which will overwrite your CSS settings in screen.css (inline definitions overrule definitions in external files).

For customization of the FCKEditor, please check out the FCK wiki pages.

Ok I see. So then I also have to click on the button: remove style definitions. That works... Just on one sublink it wasnt working but there I really had a mistake in the source code...

Thank you Christian.
