Reporting security related issues

Each complex software project might have bugs in the code. By reporting a bug which you might have found you can help to improve the quality of WebsiteBaker. Usually bugs of the core files (this are all files contained in the initial installataion of WebsiteBaker without any separately installed add ons) should be reported to the bug tracking system. But everybody can view bugs reported in this system, which is not good at all in cases where the bug is a critical security related issue. For this reason we offer additional ways for reporting security related issues only.

Report a Security Incident

If there was a Security incident on your site and you assume WebsiteBaker had an open door which allowed the incident, you can report it here.

Report a Security Issue

If you found a security relevant issue with an add on or with the core of WebsiteBaker, you can report this issue here. For add ons, you should first try to contact the author directly, of course. Only when you get no contact or the author does not fix the issue in an apropriate time, you should fill out the our form!

Publishing a Security Fix

If you are an author of an add on who has fixed a security related issue in his code and want to publish the new version now, you can report it here. This might help to reach as much user of your add on as possible and urge them to upgrade.
